File Favorite

The Add to Favorites process allows users to quickly access frequently used files, folders, or repositories.

Add File to Favorites

  • In DM Explorer, select the file, folder, or repository to add to favorites.
  • Click Add to Favorites from the right-click context menu or the top menu.
  • The selected file will be added to the user's favorite list, making it easily accessible for quick access.
  • Files added to favorites can be accessed from the Favorites list on the Document Management home screen or the Favorites link in the DM Explorer screen.
  • To remove a file from favorites, click the Remove from Favorites option available in the same menu.
  • The Add to Favorites process can only be performed by users with viewing or access permissions.
  • In the Favorites tab, users can view and remove their favorite content.
